This is utility to parse QR code using QRIS standard. Indonesia government introduce standardization on QR code data for payment in Indonesia which is called QRIS (Quick Response Code for Payment Indonesia Specification).

The QRIS QR code standard use TLV (Tag-Length--Value) method to store the data inside the QR code. There are specific tags use for specific purposes in the QR code data. Therefore we create this utility to parse the QRIS QR code data to help other application developer during their development stage on the application which require to access QR code data in QRIS standard format.
